Preschool Storytime!
Each Thursday at 10:30 we offer a storytime for young children. We read books, sing songs, and do finger plays. We also offer a craft or activity after each program. Come join the fun!
Storytime follows the school calendar. If school is out for holidays or closed for inclement weather, then storytime is also cancelled.
Storytime takes a break from May through August for the Summer Reading Program.
Lego Club
Come build LEGO creations at the library! We meet every other Wednesday from 3:30 – 5:00 pm. (Unless otherwise indicated.) Ages 5 and up are welcome. Ages 8 and under need to bring an adult helper.
Questions? Give us a call at 918-358-2676.
LEGO Club takes a break for the Summer Reading Program.
Brainfuse
We are excited to share a new online resource–Brainfuse. Need help with VA benefits, job searches, or even homework? Brainfuse is for you! The three areas of assistance are:
HelpNow – online tutoring, writing labs, practice tests (ACT, SAT, ASVAB, US Citizenship), resume assistance and more.
JobNow – help with job searches, resume templates, resume review, online coaching, interview prep and more.
VetNow – provides live help to veterans about VA benefits and benefit resources. Veterans can also find career assistance and help with college skills.
Questions? Call the library at 918-358-2676.
Read To Some Bunny!
Do you have a reluctant reader? Does your child struggle with reading? We want to help!
On every other Wednesday, your child can come to the library and read to a well-behaved bunny rabbit. From 4:00 – 5:00 pm, each child will have a 15 minute time slot to read to (and pet) their furry friend. These bunnies are happy to listen to your child as they improve their reading skills!
To make an appointment or for more information, call 918-358-2676.
*Read To Some Bunny takes a break from May – August.
